An update to update about why I haven't been updating :$

Aha, confusing title, eh?

Sorry guys! So I've been kinda neglecting this page, cuz I'm a lazy mofo, and this is kinda a school project, and like all the other school related things I have to do, I have no motivation to do them what so ever. So again I apologise. Also, I lost my laptop's charger and haven't had the chance to go hunting for a universal charger, since my laptop has been discontinued for whatever dumb reason so the charger costs as much as a laptop -.- But I'll TRY very hard to continue updating.

But basically all I've been doing is listening to Take Me Home, which is absolute perfection!

IT'S HEEEERE!

ahhhhhhhhhh! I am super pumped about this album! It is sosososososososososososososo good! Their sound is so much more mature and they have come such a long way! My favourite songs are I would and Rock Me, what are yours?

One Direction - Little Things

GUUUUUYS!!!! It's finally here! Can you believe it?! On my birthday too! It's kinda like 1D are giving me a birthday present! :3 I feel special :$ AHHHHHHHHH! You have to watch it! They're sooooo fit in it! And their voices! Raaawr!

Little Things

Next single that's coming out is Little Things so i thought I'd leave you guys with a little something something before I leave for today :) I just found this totally adorable so I thought I'd share it!

Dedication!

Hey guys! So as you guys can see my blog is now dedicated to One Direction. I have known them since X Factor. I never went to the live shows but I saw them on TV. That's how I discovered them and I will be dedicated to the end! A lot of people have favourites but I will never be able to choose between them, I'd feel like I was cheating on the others if I did :$ I know the quality of the work I post isn't that high at the moment but that's because I've just been able to do quick posts which I wasn't able to put a lot of time into. As soon as I've figured out a schedule then my posts will be more frequent and better in quality as well as quantity.

This originally started as a school project but even though I am being graded on this as a project I am doing it more for myself then anything at the moment so when I post and what I post is totally up to me :) If you guys want me to post something specific or want me to talk about a specific topic then just let me know!

Also I have added additions to my blog. Music immediately plays but as before you have the option to stop it. I have also added a "One Direction Music" widget so you can listen to only their music after pausing the other songs. I also added a twitter widget where you can access all of the boys' tweets so check that out as well :)

The countdown clock is still ticking and the cursor is still 1D!

I have once again changed the background. I am very indecisive and if you guys want to make me a background then I would be more than grateful! *hugs and kisses*

Changes to my blog! :D

Hey guys! So I have added and changed some things to my blog. I changed my background but the current one is temporary until I find one that I actually like. I also added music to my blog but you CAN stop the music if you so wish to do so. You may also notice that there is no longer a cursor, but fear not me darlings! It is there but now it's a red box with "1D" on it. That's the cursor now. I also have a count down to when Take Me Home by One Direction comes out!

I hate it when....

I reeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaally hate it when I forget my headphones and I really need them. But today I remembered my headphones but forgot my iPod. What have I done to deserve this?! *looks up to the heavens and shakes head*

Take Me Home - One Direction

Pitch Perfect; Perfection

So yesterday I went to the movies and I watched Pitch Perfect and all I can say is ajdfasdlkfjasdhfkladflkdhflkjsaldf. It was absolutely amazing! The perfect combination of hot guys and awesome songs! I'm pretty sure my friends and I annoyed everyone in the theatre because of how loud we were being, but we had fun which is what counts. I recommend this movie to everyone! I guarantee that you will fall in love with Fat Amy's humour and Jessie's adorableness.It is definatley one of my favorite movies of al times!

Books, Books and yup you guessed it! More Books!

You guys may or may not know that I am one of the biggest bookworms out there. I love to read and spend as much time possible reading as I can. I also love to be out and about and found it quite difficult to keep lugging a paperback/hardcover around but then I accidentally stumbled upon a blessing. I usually always (and I do mean always) have my iPod with me so I was like why don't I just put books on my iPod and read the books on there when I'm out. Another fact about me, I love anything techy but I hate having to go through a hassle to get what I want when there are easier ways of achieving the exact same result. I searched through the App store on my iPod and found a lot of apps that offered a wide variety of books but the only downfall was that you had to pay for everything; if I wanted to pay for books then I'd go to the Chapters across the street and purchase a book. After a lot of searching I happened to stumble upon none other than Wattpad. There are many great things about Wattpad. For one it's completely free, it has pretty much every genre out there, there are books in different languages, and you can read it while on the go (with no need for internet access) or online if you don't have an electronic device that you could read on while on the go. The books aren't written by famous authors, on the contrary they are written by every day people, but they are still some of the best books I have ever read. I've been on this site for like 3 years and I have not gotten tired of it yet. I urge you guys to check this site out!

I am soooooo sorry guys! I have had the busiest week ever so I haven't really had much time to blog but I promise after this long weekend I will be updating much more frequently then I was before! You have my word! I would promise to update this weekend but I can't because tomorrow I volunteered to help for an organisation to make thanksgiving dinner, and then after that I'm gonna be going on a road trip so I don't know if I will have Internet access /:  But to make yourselves feel better, you guys should go listen to some Lana Del Rey and have a nice cup of tea! *insert wide grin*

Urgh Can't Get This Song Out Of My Head! Good Thing It's Such a Good Song!

As you guys saw in my last post, I wrote about this amazing new artist called Lucy Spraggan, and I just can't stop listening to her songs, this one in particular. It's been stuck in my head ALL DAY so i just had to share it with you guys! The way she just brings the whole song together with her witty use of the deck of cards it's hard not to love her and her songs!

Lucy Spraggan - You're Too Young

So there is this AH-MAY-ZING new singer on the rise to fame and her name is Lucy Spraggan. She was founded on the show X-Factor where she impressed the judges with a funny song she'd written about "beer-fear" called Last Night. Intrigued by this new artist, I went and searched her up on YouTube and found a few other songs written by her. She is absolutely amazing and has fabulous songs. There are many touching songs (including this one) and some funny ones too. Not only is she talented because she sings and plays the guitar, in my opinion, the best thing about this artist is that she writes her own songs. There aren't many artists out there who can do that and be true to themselves.

Is It Lunch Time Yet?

Has this ever happened to you before?

You know that moment when you're sitting in class and you just happen to glance at the clock, and you're like 'dammit! there's still 25 minutes left til lunch' yeah well I'm in that predictament right now. Except I'm pretty sure it's not 25 minutes but I'm too lazy to actually do the math. Just thought I'd share that been there done that moment with you guys :)

Me, Myself & My Blog

So what the hell is this blog about?

So, what is this blog about? Well to be honest I don't know! *insert embarrassed face* But what I do know is that there will be a lot of things that a lot of people can relate to. I will be posting things that I've gone through that day, or things that I've noticed happen that day that were extremely cool or extremely annoying. This will be kind of like my personal twitter (@TheShortOne_xo in case you were wondering); you know that place where you're kinda like talking to a wall and just hoping that someone will tap you on the shoulder and join in the convo. So  whether you're a silent reader, or a very opinionated person who likes to comment on everything (I fall under this category), you are more than welcome to drop by whenever and see what I have to say about, probably, the randomest things.

Who the hell does this chick think she is?

Well by now I'm sure you're wondering who the hell I am. To answer you curios minded people, I am just an average girl who stand at 5'1" (I'm not short, I'm vertically challenged), extremely hyper at the best of times, believes that you have to make every day interesting even if it means making a fool of yourself (which I tend to do often), I'm that random chick you see singing and dancing down the hallway at school (but still seems to have friends... don't ask how cuz I don't even know myself) and I've been told that I am very talkative and seem to love hearing my own voice. WRONG! I just hate the silence, so if I have to sacrifice my voice and be the one to fill the silence then so be it! By now I'm sure you know more about me then you probably ever wanted to know *starts humming introducing me by nick jonas* so I'll stop... talking? Typing?
